Purchased product for my mother and was told could return in 14 days if not correct item. Went to return 3 days later and refused return because was tried on off site. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I found the staff to be very helpful when I went in with my aunt to get compression stockings. They were very understanding when they discovered she was a little confused and treated her with respect and dignity. They explained she needed to be measured at her least swollen state in order to get the correct size. We came back the next morning and the process was easy. I never write reviews but I wanted to share our wonderful experience so others with parents with cognitive deficits will know they can buy medical supplies from caring people.

I was pleased with the help I received when I needed some equipment after my surgery. The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I've gotten very rude responses when calling for my wheelchair that I need badly. It has been weeks and submitted the insurance claim to them and the wrong wheelchair was paid for. I should just buy one myself. But I can't go my self. I explained to them several times which kind I needed. And they said they were paid for just A standard wheelchair. Hopefully they will have it fixed by tomorrow morning and I can change these review stars.

More than once had the same poor experience. Went in yesterday to purchase circulation support hosiery for mom. Felt both women were annoyed by my questions and by me. Explained my mom was a small woman whose limbs were my size and she could not come in. Was told twice she should come in, i needed smalls which they had none and when brought into "support hose" room, felt ignorant of all the types and reasons for offerings. Awkward silence was what i got. Should probably shop where they offer help and compassion.
