Northern Tool + Equipment

WOW.. Bob Norton senior assistant manager knocked it out of the park. He really knows how to delight the customer. Northern tool is very lucky to someone like him. Customer service was great. He made sure I got the right axle i needed. I will definitely be going back to Northern tool again. Todd

Had the trailer parts I was looking for, very helpful and friendly. A big plus was that the parts were made in the USA. I'm sure they could've gotten cheaper stuff over seas but the fact that they did not makes a big difference for me. I would like to see more businesses do this. I would gladly pay more for something made here.

The check out woman was very rude. This place has sure changed from earlier years. Almost everything is cheap China made things. What is happening to all our stores. I want American made things.

your online ordering system is bad. The store cancelled my order and gave me no options to get the product. Your service has been historically bad. I have no reason to do business with you again, when I can get same products from other providers for same price with much better service.

They probably have what you are looking for but it probably won't be cheap. Good store though.
