Northern Vermont Oral Surgery

For my first visit I was thoroughly impressed. Entire staff is friendly and informative taking extra time to explain the process in great detail. Office and rooms are clean and welcoming. Dr Purdy is confident in his work yet very personable and careful to put you first as a patient. Great to see a "Mask optional" facility.

This office made an extra effort to get me in soon, and squeezed me in between other patients. I was made to feel at ease. Time was taken to answer any of my questions. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I hardly knew Dr. Purdy had done anything before he was all done, he works so efficiently. I was treated like an old friend by the staff. Five stars to this office.

I moved to VT a month ago so had not yet established a primary dentist but had complications from a tooth e extraction I had done at my previous home. I called 4 other oral surgeons and no one could fit me in or wanted to take on my case considering the extraction was not done in their office. Not only did Dr. Purdy’s office took me in that day, were so kind and helped me each step, but Dr. Purdy resolved the issue that my previous oral surgeon failed to follow through on. He and the assistant took the time to explain what the issue was and the procedure they’d do. I could not be more appreciative of the work they did and their ability to acknowledge the urgency behind my call and the willingness to put patients first and fit me in. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The entire staff was super welcoming and made the process as easy and painless as possible. I was pleasently surprised to even have received a call/text from Dr. Purdy himself checking in on me the night after my extractions. I could not have asked for a better experience during a not-so-fun procedure.

I've seen Dr. Purdy twice and wouldn't go anywhere else. I went to his office first about a decade ago and I went to see him in the past year. Dr Purdy is a friendly compassionate provider. Him and his staff made me feel comfortable and are transparent about the procedures. My only compliant is they book very far out for any kind of procedure.

I can't express my gratitude enough. This office, staff, doctor are top notch. They are professional, kind and so funny. So much so that I almost didn't mind having my teeth pulled. They went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible.
