I thought this place was honest and forthright. I was sadly mistaken. They fixed my mower to be in mostly better working condition but it now makes a loud rattling noise that was NOT present when I dropped it off. They claim it was present and told me there was nothing they would do about it. It is my word against theirs and they do not care. The "shop manager" was unwilling to negotiate in any way. He told me I could pay to have the rattle fixed or take it as is. No other choices. No middle ground. They have lost my business and I will no longer recommend them to others as I have in the past. The rest of the staff was quite friendly, but the shop manager is not in any way. He even got upset at his employee for helping me lift the mower into my SUV. I was pleasant and I never raised my voice. I simply asked what could be done and if there was some sort of deal that we could make. He offered to only have me pay full price for something that was not wrong prior to them handling it. How is that my problem when you caused it? He called me a liar and I could not believe it. I was shocked! Please make an audio/video recording of your mower prior to dropping it off at this location as it seems they will lie to protect themselves at all costs. I hope that nobody else has the poor experience that I had here. I would certainly not treat people as poorly as this manager would. It's sad, because everyone else there is very kind and sincere. So sad.

I needed a new chain on my chainsaw and the owner man asked what it was for me told him and he didn't hesitate to fix me right up!! I felt like royalty for real... They were busier than expected more so than I've ever seen and still my chainsaw had a new chain on it. In less than 15mins tops I was paid for and on my way back to work!! Great people there!

Super helpful. Easy service experience and everybody was super helpful and knowledgeable. I'll be back. Used the service depth to replace a tire on my riding mower. Got the tire back when promised and the price they quoted. Very pleased it was so easy. Life is hard. This repair was easy. Thank you.

We recently took a new machine for warranty work the unit was damaged from the box store which we were unaware followed the manufacturer recommend repair place. Northland feed the mechanic basically told us we ran the machine with our oil, and said we ruined the motor. After explaining to the mechanic what happened he basically told me I was a liar and we ran the machine with oil. Instead of offering helpful options the guy was a total A&@ about it said pick you F ing machine it was taken apart so we could not even attempt to return it to the box store that sold it broken. Find a reputable repair shop that is not employing jerks that are rude to customers. Be your own judge you have the details of how they operate good luck.

Service was quick after they had called me that my mower belt was in. Now to see if it fits!

This is a small family owned feed and small engine repair store. I've bought all my critter food here for many years. I also only took my lawn mower here, when I had one and it needed repairs. They are good, friendly and fair folks. I recommend if you haven't checked in here for your bulk bird wild and caged , dog, squirrel, hamster, pig or rat food, I highly recommend stopping in. It may surprise you how much $ you can save.

This company knows it’s product! They serviced my snowblower and had it ready the same day! Very reasonable on pricing as well. Would definitely recommend if anyone needs service or repairs on lawnmowers and/or snowblowers. For a small fee, depending on where you are located, there is a young nice man that will pick up the item and then deliver it back to you. Worth it for us to use Nate for pick up and delivery. Super nice, honest, and reliable people. Thanks for the great service!! And thank you Nate- you are amazing!
