Made a booking 3 weeks ago, when arrived by the clinic being told there is no booking. Waiting in the clinic on the couch almost 3 hours to be attended without any explanation on what happened to my booking. 0 customer service. Receptionists are careless and rude. Very disappointed

Very bad communication and customer service unfortunately. Even with appointments, you still have to wait an average of 30 to 45 mins!!!!! The receptionists are careless.

Low quality staff disoriented, receptionist so rude and unprofessional, new manager mean and rude talks at people instead of talking to people, has no manners i don’t know if she hates her job so much or she just wants to make sure everyone has a horrible experience, she is ruining the owner’s business for fun

the worst dental clinic in dubai . once I paid full amount in advance,they don't care about customers, not answering calls or solve issues with new management and the customer service representative refused to give her name ,always promised to call back which doesn't happen.

I had appointment for laser which I booked one month ago, when I came there was 4 receptionists and they told me that one customer still in room and doctor still busy, but after 45 minutes I figured out that there no one, just receptionist didn’t check and I waited 45 min just because they are lazy to do their job properly
