Wait took over an hour but it is COVID times so with staff fluctations etc it is understandable. With that said the Dr. was very caring and offered advice in a very in depth and thoughtful manner. Nobody wants to be at the emergency pet clinic on the weekend, thank you for taking such good care

Excellent care for our GSD that had emergency GVD surgery on a Friday evening. Dr Jeanette Moody saved his life. We are grateful for such an excellent DVM and for the Northside Emergency Pet Clinic staff.

They were excellent in caring for my pet. The staff was empathic and did what they could. I just wished I knew about them sooner and got there faster.

Very friendly and informative. Im a truck driver and had an emergency because my dog got really sick very fast. Couple hours later he came walking back out on his own with his tail wagging.

It was very busy but the staff took great care of us. Thank you to everyone there for your hard work and taking care of our "family members". You've been there for us more than once and we will continue to come there!!
