Northwest ADHD Treatment Center

They don’t answer the phone. They don’t call you back. Totally dysfunctional place getting paid by the government to ignore calls.

I've tried to get help from this clinic multiple times. They are always 6 months of more out. They refused to help me find another clinic. They wouldn't even schedule me for an entrance interview. Talk about a let down, I have no idea how you can call yourself a treatment center when you turn people away blindly.

Review edited after further conversation. Therapists have been excellent. Communication with the office has greatly improved in my time here. Response calls are quick, and the phone tree has been changed to make it easier to navigate. Thank you!

Very hard to work with. Even when I followed their directions as best I could I was just dropped after their instructions made me more angry and volatile. I warned them and told them it was a bad idea. Jody Jensen should be reviewed. Polite but ineffective, doesn't listen to patients, and honestly could have cost me my life.
