Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport

Really great airport. People are friendly and nice. Super clean. Enjoyed the free game of giant checkers and chess laying around. Really enjoyed it. Great airport.

Nice little airport. Real easy to get in and out. Rental car place is around a little walk. The airport itself is clean. Only few restaurants so not much choice for food.

Was running late. No help with situation. Security made it worst. After I told them my circumstance The older security male at the first checking point made it so they had to search my purse. Yelled at me for taking out my I pad, Also pointed and yelled at me for waiting in the spot I was standing. ,of course they found nothing so the lady that checked purse wiped a plastic handy wipe container. I asked them both for their assistance in helping me move along quickly. In return they were mean and rude. Very poor customer service, and people skills. The man that checked my ticket was very nice and accommodating. If you want to be treated like scum, you’ll be fine. Missed my flight.

Northwest Arkansas airport is clean and modern. I travel here several times throughout the year. It is very easy to navigate through upon arrival and departure.

Had a flight out of here today and storms made it really tough to get planes in and out! I was on a Delta flight supposed to leave from gate A11! We were supposed to leave at 3:30 and I couldn’t be late because my flight for London left at 7:30 from Atlanta! A lot of people had connections that were in jeopardy as well! There were 3 awesome attendants at the Delta counter that remained calm and did an amazing job! We were held up for 2 hours because of the storms (not their fault). I missed my 7:30 flight and the 9:30 was full. I would have had to wait another day and left my wife and son to fend for themselves a day! They came to the rescue and got me on a 10:10 flight that I’m about to board! I would love to have those 3 in my businesses and it is awesome to see people care and do whatever they can! The whole XNA staff did a great job in difficult conditions out of their control. Proud to be from NWA and appreciative of XNA and the staff of Delta!!!
