If trying to reach CLEAR via telephone, don't bother. As of today - March 15, 2018 - they don't answer their phone. They're only open 9:15 - 12:15. When you call, there's a lengthy & detailed message to press numbers for 2-3 different types of help. None fit for my situation (I need a lawyer for an SSI hearing I have coming up), so I stayed on the line as requested. Instead of anyone answering , or a lengthy waiting period, a message told me that their call volumes were too high & I should try again later. Then it hangs up. I've been trying for two weeks to reach them; calling at different times to see if I can catch someone. Nothing. I'm going to see if I can try to get to someone through other means.

M Kha, You Are So Right!!! NWJP ~This is a joke of an Organization and a dysfunctional one. They Are Corrupt~ I am Glad that on the 3 Occasions that I Called Them ~They immediately and without hearing what my case was about ~Denied Service to my family. ~ I am Happy that NWJP didn't want to help Me and my Child, because it would've been a Complete Waste of my Time. Is Typical of this state to have businesses that are Just There to Get a Paycheck and Give the impression that there is Help for the disadvantaged, but the Truth is that No non-profit here in Washington is truly a Non-Profit. ~That is Just a Flag to Get More Money In. NWJP is Just another Lie and Joke.

The prospect of losing one’s family home, especially through a very difficult time can be most distressing. It was at such a time that I approached NJP for assistance. Mr. Joseph Jordan was appointed my Counsel. Mr. Jordan is the penultimate professional, knowledgeable, patient, dedicated and responsive. He successfully negotiated a very delicate situation for me and yesterday I was notified that his hard work earned me the right to keep my house, my loan modified at a very good rate, and affordable monthly payments. I cannot stress enough my gratitude to Mr. Jordan for his dedication and tenacity at helping me get my life back on track. Thank you Mr. Jordan and thank you NJP!! Sincerely, Ravi Dewan
