This place is special. I’ve been training here for a year and absolutely love it! It’s laid back, friendly, and I’d feel comfortable going to any trainer. I primarily train with Alicia who is amazing - she pushes me and makes every work out fun/unique so I don’t get bored. I’ve also had sessions with Kristin and Cody who are great as well. The classes are challenging and fun. I rave about this place to everyone!
Love this studio! It’s inviting, encouraging and inclusive, featuring a range of private training, group classes and challenges to fit individual needs & motivations. The group classes are small and focused with safety and form in mind, offering mods as needed and tons of motivation! I always get a killer workout here and all the instructors genuinely care about your well-being. 10/10 would recommend. Is great for all ages, body types & fitness levels.
I've been working out at NWPT since May. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging, and I've never felt like anyone is judging me or looking down on me. I mostly work with Nick, but I've also trained with Jamie and Emily. No matter who I'm with, I feel supported and I always get a decent work out. Wherever you're at in your fitness journey, whatever your goals are, I feel like you can get what you need from these folks.
It took some nerve for me to walk through the door. I am 63 years old and have lost a lot of my muscle tone, balance and flexibility due to inactivity and sitting too much during Covid and beyond. This is the best money I have ever spent. In a few short months, I have regained confidence, steadied my balance, become stronger and more flexible. I have much to improve on to reach my goals but with the support of my trainer, Nick, and all the friendly, supportive staff at NWPT, I am confident I will get there. And best of all, I am looking forward to a retirement that is active and healthy. I can't thank them enough.
Since the first day I walked into NWPT I felt a warm welcome. There was no pressure to sign up; they just gave me the information I needed. They make it easy to pay and are price competitive.I love my trainer Nick. He started slow with me, understanding my personal abilities. All the staff are so welcoming and make you feel like you matter. The gym is small and not over run with people. Often times I’m the only one training in the gym. I’m so glad I decided on NWPT. I’m feeling better already. This is a comprehensive program, including tips to better overall health. Thanks everyone!!
I have been working with Nate for about 6 months and I have never felt so comfortable with a trainer. He is very cognizant of what I am accustomed to and what I need, he listens to me well but also pushes me beyond what I thought I was capable of. Every person in this establishment has been a joy to interact with and I love coming in.
I absolutely love NWPT. The staff is great and you feel like part of the family! The classes give you an opportunity to work with different trainers and experience different styles. Shout out to Jessica Mossman, who provides a fun and positive training experience and is so inspiring for those that get a chance to work with her!
Love this place! Trainers are excellent!!! I would not be the fit person I am today without their guidance. I have never felt intimidated and always feel welcome in classes. When I see new people attend, I hope that they have the same wonderful experience I have had over the years. Kristen has been my trainer for years and I also see Alicia. Both are super trainers…but ALL the trainers here know their stuff!
More than 2 years ago I took advantage of a Northwest Personal Training special offer for some complimentary private training sessions. From the minute I walked through the NWPT doors I knew I made a great decision. I was greeted at the front desk & felt very welcomed & comfortable. The NWPT facilty is very clean and well organized. But the best is that I got connected with the most amazing personal trainer - Jessica. Jessica is perfect for me & my fitness goals. She did a thorough assessment of my strength & mobility. Then asked about my goals. When I told her I wanted to run an ultra-marathon, I was sure she'd think that was too big a challenge for a 62 yr old. But Jessica didn't even blink. She just said, "ok then, let's get to work". She put together custom plan for me, motivated me and inspired me. I finished my first ultra & continue to train with Jessica. All the personal trainers at NWPT are great. I've been through group bootcamp sessions with a few and have seen how they interact with their personal clients. NWPT is dedicated to seeing that anyone, at any age or fitness level succeeds in achieving their health & fitness goals.
I have been working out at NWPT for many years and am consistently impressed by all the trainers and front desk staff. The positivity and general cheerfulness of everyone who works there is contagious. Working out at NWPT is good for your mental as well as your physical health! Recently I have been taking more classes with Jessica and Nathan. Both of them bring a level of energy and expertise to their workouts that motivates me to push myself that extra bit harder. They are both quick to provide me with any necessary modifications for exercises, knowing the issues I have with various joints. Recently Jessica spent considerable time with me after class advising me on specific exercises I could do at home that would help me with an issue I have been having.
