I bought something and ask if I can get a facial mask please. The Asian old woman named Tuk lied to me that she didn’t have any left. But she had a whole box just behind her. After that she claimed it’s for employees only. Also she was pretty rude. The fact is that a facial mask only costs 0.1-0.2$. And she refused to offer a paid costomer a mask. And most importantly, she lied.

Taylor was friendly and welcoming. I was having some issues with my debit card and she offered an appropriate work around. What a pleasant experience in a place airport that doesnt have many.

Clerk was angry that I purchased a snack to give to USO, per the sign in the store. Complained about military budget and college prices... to me, a customer. Not much I can do about those.

My daughter wanted some chips so we went here to buy some before our flight. Once she picked out her chips we went to the register to pay, only to be completely ignored. The lady working was on her phone speaking loudly on a personal phone call and could careless she had paying customers in front of her. My daughter handed her the chip bag and clerk lady couldn't even scan it correctly because she was so distracted on her phone call. Didn't tell me how much it was or ask me anything, so I inserted my credit card since I was being ignored. Card machine started beeping and a stayed beeping for a minute, she than rudely told me, you can take it out! I asked her, did it go through? She responded, do you need a receipt? I said no. Again I started saying, I just want to make sure it went through. Before I can even finish my statement, she rudely interrupted, do you need a receipt! I said no. She then loudly said, ok then have a good day in a very rude annoyed tone of voice. Customer service is definitely not the correct job for this lady. She was very rude and very unprofessional. She could careless about her job. This happened Wednesday 5/25/2022 around 4:15pm I believe.

Just purchased a snack at the gate D Travel Mart. The clerk just scowled at me when I gave her the change and forgot to give her the bills in my hand. I said oopsey and she never said hello, thank you or have a great evening. She's in the wrong business!

Cashiers went out of their way to help! Very nice people

Nice shop inside the Portland airport to grab a book or magazine. Prices were reasonable and a good selection of items. Staff were friendly and quick to checkout.

Agreed. The woman in the morning May 25th is so rude. After I got on the plane last flight, I realized I purchased a Sunset magazine that was at least 6 months old. A Thanksgiving issue in April. We just stopped in again. Asked if they had newspapers. No, was the answer. No sorry, no nothing. I know she is not there to be my friend, but a little common courtesy would be nice.

I want to thank the young man working as a cashier this morning who found 21 dollars I dropped and then tracked me down where I work at the delta sky club to return it to me. Not only is he a great cashier who gives perfect service, but goes the extra mile in honesty. You don't see that every day. Thank you young sir for your honesty and kindness

I Experianed some very rude costumer service this morning. When I tried To explain to Tony that one of the cashiers was rude he cut me short and told me to have a good day and refused To listen. As I tried to have a conversation in a respectful manner he turned around and put his back To me. Customer service from Tony was horrible. Won’t give them business again.
