Norton Delgado Family Medicine

Dr Laura Norton and Delgado are the best doctors in the Inland Empire. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my health. Dr Laura is very thorough. She reminds me of the old days doctor who cared and did a complete check up and made sure that you stayed healthy. She is super kind and fun to talk to and very professional at the same time. Anyone would love her as their doctor. I miss you Dr Laura. Too bad I had to go on and move. I love my new doctor though. She is a Christian too. I got blessed again. Her office staff is unbelievably kind, so friendly and helpful. What a difference a great office staff makes for the patient.

Love Dr Laura. She was the best doctor I ever had. Her staff could use some courses in client etiquette. but other than that, Dr Laura is worth still worth having as a doctor. She is great.

Dr Laura is a wonderful doctor and person. She goes thorough everything thoroughly, gives an excellent exam every time, gets me to specialists on time and that I need, provides me with the correct meds and actually helps me to not take meds, but instead tries very hard to get me more healthy by natural methods without compromising my health. That is what I think of Dr Laura Norton. She is the best Dr I have ever had.

Dr Laura is the best. God bless her. She helped me more than I can say over any other doctor I have ever had, I wish things turned out better and didn't end up the way they did.

This office.. this is the most amazing office. I actually changed my insurance back from Kaiser just so my son and I had access to Dr Delgado and Dr Norton. I was hospitalized 2 weeks for a weird cellulitis thing w my leg.. it wasnt resolving. This office staff got me back in immediately twice. DR Delgado is amazing and right there with me willing to do what it takes to get this figured out. I was put on leave and received referrals and I didn't have to do any f/u. They were on top f everything. In addition to this my son came down with a high fever and cold symptoms about 4 days ago. Im a previous MA so I have the equipment to take vitals etc in my home and know to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen. When fever didn't change I messaged the office and a lovely girl.. u know who u r..who also helped me with referrals etc stayed in contact with me and reached out to the Drs for advice keeping me in the loop. Im just so thankful for this office, their staff ALL the staff! The super friendly and sweet back office girls to the referral coordinator, the phlebotomist in their office, and of course the front desk girls.. but also the amazing patient helpful and knowledgeable Drs Norton and Delgado. Thank you for everything!!

Good luck getting them to answer the phones. Even if you leave a message, they do not return phone calls. After being on hold for about 20 minutes mind you this is not the first time this happens I get the answering machine. Not to also mention that the office staff has been rude when you tell them you have left them messages they act like them never received anything

BEFORE YOU GO FOR THE 4-STAR REVIEWS NOTE, THAT PEOPLE GET PAID TO POST GOOD REVIEWS, MOST ARE FAKE. INSTEAD JUDGE FROM THE VISIT. OH, AND THAT IS IF THEY ANSWER, CAUTIOUS JUST WALKING IN, THE STAFF IS RUDE, AND THIS IS A CHRISTIAN PRACTICE, YOU MAY BE PRESCRIBED A BIBLE VERSE INSTEAD OF MEDICATION.

I have had nothing but the best experiences with Dr Laura as my doctor. The staff needs to be more professional and caring, but they are worth putting up with to have Dr Norton as a doctor.

I love this place everytime I get seen here I feel at home. Staff is amazing they are helpful and friendly.
