Norton Environmental Inc

I've always had great service from Norton. Garbage picks up at the crack of dawn every week and recycling picks up sometime while I'm away at work every other week like clockwork in my area. I sometimes wish there was a fancy electronic billing portal like the competition has, but this is a pretty minor gripe. I call in to pay my bill every 3 months and have never been treated rudely. Overall I think Norton is the best value I've found in the waste business. I've been using their service for around a year now.

Just changed service today absolute worst customer service in Flagstaff and surrounding areas. I've gone a month without my recycling getting picked up, I had to constantly call and remind them to pick up my recycling. Long story short I ended up paying them, for my trash to pile up in my own yard, then remind whoever is in charge to actually pick it up

Sick of dealing with the lack of professionalism. Company never bills and then refuses service when not paid like customers can read their minds. Can't ever get anyone on the phone. Changing servicers. 3yrs of hell is enough.

I was quoted a price for dumpster service for a job. Called back minutes later and told the price had increased and the wrong price was quoted. Ok! it happens. Not my first dumpster. I use them often in my business. The price was close to the prices I get in the valley. When I received the bill it was not the same as the quote. Called to question the bill the office help told me that the price was correct and no one in the office would have given me a price over the phone. I was also told that no one from the office called me back to change the price. I was told that she could not help me and the owner would call me back. The owner never called but I did receive my second bill.I called again and was told the owner agreed the bill was correct and would not call me. I never order dumpster service with out a price. Girls in the office need help!!! The driver who delivered the dumpster did a great job placing the dumpster and give us time to get protective wood over the pavers. If you choose to use this company.Get your price in writing.

called and was put on hold for 10 minutes called back and was told they would call me back called back after and hour and half and was asked to be put on hold, told them that they never called me back and I did not want to be put on hold I was rudely informed to "find another service then"
