On one of the worst days of my life, when things just hadn’t gone right, I was greeted at the door by the sweetest person, ushered to the back and introduced to everyone who was so kind and so sympathetic to my problem. Norton’s could not have made a more wonderful impression and treated me any better. I had come to town from five hours away, bringing my own flowers to make a spray for my father’s funeral. We nearly wrecked on the way here, toppling my bucket of flowers and causing me to lose some. The people of Norton’s were so helpful. I can not thank them more for the wonderful compassionate service.

I LOVE Norton's florist. My husband has sent me bouquets from Norton's multiples times and they are always fresh and beautiful. They include care instructions on the card that are easy to follow and that help keep your flowers looking fresh longer. If you need flowers for a special event or if you just want to treat yourself, I highly recommend Norton's!

Got married recently and had Norton's do our flowers. They turned out amazing and was exactly what we wanted. Their knowledge of not only what flowers looked good together, but how to source them so they looked fresh was what put me over the top. My wife loved her bouquet as they captured her vision perfectly and exceeded all expectations.

I have been buying my mom flowers for her birthday for the past few years around the same weekend I always have them delivered to her office so sometimes it is before and sometimes it is after her birthday - it just depends on the work day and the date. Her birthday is coming up on Monday the 19th, and I started looking at flowers today on Norton's website. The arrangement that I had gotten her that she fell in LOVE with a year or two ago and ended up wanting for Mother's Day as well lol was showing temporarily unavailable. I knew I was going to have to search for something similar or at least something that had her favorite flower in it. I got distracted at work, but a few hours later my phone started ringing, and I noticed it was Norton's calling. I answered and was greeted by Adrienne who was calling to see how I was doing and to see if I wanted to order birthday flowers for my mom again this year! WOW!!!!! I was absolutely blown away! I was able to tell her that the arrangement my mom truly loved was out and she came up with a plan to have the florists create an individual arrangement of the same flowers for my mom. She had my previous orders pulled up so I was able to quickly add the balloons and card that I have included in past years, and she even had the greeting from last year's card pulled up so I could hear what I wrote last year and come up with a new message for this year! I know that this is probably just a simple follow-up being done, but this was really cool and special to me. It saved me LOTS of time, made the process a little more special and personable than just picking it out on the website, and brightened my day in a way I didn't expect. Kudos to Adrienne and to Norton's. I have been getting Norton's flowers since I was an itty bitty girl at my ballet recitals, and I am so so thrilled that Norton's still gives even the individual buying/ordering/giving the flowers as much joy as the individual receiving them!!

EXTREMELY disappointed in Norton’s service lately. The past three times I’ve ordered flowers from them, two were not delivered ontime or at all and the flowers on the third started to wilt 4 days after purchase see pics. My wife & I used them for our wedding 5 years ago but, because of my experience with them over the past year, I will not be calling them again.

I chose Norton's as the florist for my wedding on May 18th and I couldn't be happier with the beautiful work they did!!! I would recommend Norton's to any bride! Wedding guests are still raving about the arrangements!

I ordered the flowers in the first picture, was delivered the flowers in the second picture and then re-delivered the flowers in the third pictures the next night AND they took back the incorrect flowers first delivered. Neither flowers that were delivered to me look anything like the photo nor had any roses whatsoever. I left a voicemail and an email with customer service and was not even offered so much as an apology. I will never use them again. Editing my former review as I received a call back from the owner. They are issuing a refund and also providing the correct flowers to me tomorrow. It was explained that they were delivered through a different florist as well. Thank you for clearing everything up for me!

Very cordial. Helped me out with a snack basket to a friend in the hospital. Helped me with it all the way. Friends loved the variety. Highly recommend.

George did a great job with my wedding flowers, especially with a short time frame. It was a last minute request, so we only spoke over the phone, but the arrangements we're beautiful and matched the vision I'd imagined for them. Thanks so much!
