Nosh & Grog

Food is just okay. For the price, one would expect much more. The street tacos were inexplicably oily and for the price, should have been a way bigger serving. The bar is great if you're getting a mixed drink or like beer from the bottle as they do have a great selection of beers. The bartenders are friendly and attentive. One thing that I really can't figure out, is that they inexplicably have no tap. For a place that I really can recommend primarily for the drinks, I just can't figure out why they don't have at least a few great micro-brews on tap. This would be a huge reason that would return in the future as in my opinion, fresh tapped beer can't be beat. We had food when this place first opened after the previous establishment changed brands. The food was a big miss then, and a bit of a lesser miss now. I do still wish that they had kept the continuity of being a restaurant/pub. Now they really are a pub/maybe get a snack place. Hopefully they will continue to evolve.

This is hands down the loudest restaurant I've ever been in. Think college dorm party loud. Hostess told us 30 min wait , turned out to be over an hour. Service was good but the food was just ok. I had fish and chips that was way too salty. My wife had steak which was good. Very limited menu with very little imagination. Price doesn't match food quality. I can't recommend this place for anything more than drinks at the bar.
