Nostrand Avenue Pub

Feels like home. Bartenders have rare expertise; I usually just order whichever on-tap item they recommend. Great yard, great music. I moved out of the neighborhood but I make trek back frequently- I haven’t found a bar I prefer to Nostrand pub.

Decent priced drinks. Nice environment. Only been there once on Christmas eve, but it was a good time.

solid local pub with no frills. very simple layout that's great for just hanging with the locals and sitting back to chat. the bartender working was really nice and fast too. perfect pours in spirits and sodas. but i really like the random things on the walls, nothing too flashy or oversaturated.

One of my favorite spots in crown heights, Nostrand Pub is a great dive bar with a nice backyard and a good beer selection. Had a birthday party there and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thanks for the wonderful night!

My fiancée sometimes stay in Bedford-Stuyvesant whenever we visit NYC. There are 3 things we do whenever we are here: get a massage in Chinatown, get Jamaican patties at Chris’s and have at this pub. Always good music, god vibes, solid bar tenders that have excellent making drink skills. Plus, we can eat food we bring with. Great neighborhood bar.

Great beer and drink selection, wonderful owner, and excellent staff. This is the perfect type of bar to go to; whether you want to do your own thing, meet up with friends, or get to know the regulars. Definitely recommend this bar.

Great neighborhood bar. Everyone from the bar tenders to the owners make me feel welcome every time I stop by. It’s a nice, friendly and fun environment!
