Not Just A Maid Cleaning Services

Very good attitude of the personal but bad quality and not professional enough for the in depth cleaning before a move out I needed. Only 1 person came instead of 2 that I ordered, the person spent 3 times more the time planned making me change my plans and I’m still discovering uncleaned things today that I will have to clean myself after paying a very expensive price for a very superficial cleaning honestly... maybe this service is good for a regular home cleaning but not for a check out before leaving a house. Spic and span is a market place of cleaners, so the company don’t train their cleaners and I guess it’s really a roulette to have a good experience or not..unfortunately for me it has not give me the relax I needed to check out without problems. [AMEND TO THIS REVIEW] Despite the bad experience above described, the customer service has been extremely reactive and called me to understand the problem offering me either to send a new cleaning team, either to refound me. On this I can say the SPIC AND SPAN team has been excellent therefore I give them +1star and asked them to better train their employees.Service: Deep clean

Terrible - I booked a cleaner for 2.5 hours but Spic & Span's cleaner arrived one full hour late, while arguing with me over SMS. She declined to clean cupboards and tried to leave an hour early. She stole the washer detergents. Spic and Span thought that horrid experience was worth only a 10 Euro discount and offered only empty apologies. Go with an individual cleaner instead of this dreadful company because they take zero responsibility.
