Nothing Bundt Cakes

Came here for the first time December 3rd after a family remember recommended it. The service was quick, a little impatient and lacked warmth. The cake itself was moist, the woman behind the counter told me it had buttercream frosting but after tasting it, it was clearly cream cheese frosting which isn’t my favorite so I was underwhelmed with the entire experience. Not sure if I would come here again.

Totally disappointed in the cake we got for my sons birthday. I have bought cakes for years and they have been wonderful. This cake was absolutely the smallest cake ! Totally not worth the money !! My Son was so upset that it was so small. Thanks for such a disappointment I should of opened the box in the store. I wouldn’t of accepted it.

Great store! Ordered 2 10” cakes for pickup and they had it ready promptly and were delicious. These are my bf’s favorite, so I had to get them for his birthday and they didn’t disappoint. I recommend the snickerdoodle flavor!

I really appreciate that the online ordering process is easy. I'm a picky individual when it comes to baked good, and so this place was "meh" for me. I'll admit we only got the classic vanilla per my mother's request so maybe my opinion is skewed, but I really didn't feel like there was anything special here. The cream cheese frosting is quite sweet, I scraped half of mine off. The decorations are cute and all, but was not worth the price. Think you'd get something similar with minimal effort on your own. Seems to be kind of an assembly like situation in the back, and you can taste the lack of lock. Truly, though: the parking lot is a nightmare. Most likely won't be back to be honest. But hey, made my Mom smile.

Cakes are always delicious and so pretty! Team is really kind and professional. I ordered a cake and it was ready exactly at pick up time. Didn't even have to wait. Online ordering was a breeze.

The customer service at this place is absolutely non existent. First off, you cannot purchase just one, or even six cupcakes. You have to order a DOZEN. Definitely NOT a place to stop by with a friend to enjoy as small dessert. And then when asked to divide the dozen between two households, they acted so rude, even though they could have certainly made a sweet exception. Sad. Yummy but sad and I'm actually never coming back.

Nothing but bad attitude. Everything is super hard and difficult and could you come back in half an hour as we don't keep any of our cakes available for sale. We close 10 minutes early and there's 3 of us standing around talking doing nothing. This is my fifth time at this store, and every single time I get between zero and half of what I came for. It's also my last time coming back. I wish someone would open up a competing business - with just slight customer service you could eat these guys lunch every day of the week. Consistent feedback of poor service and owner replies thanks - but clearly doesn't do anything but lip service counting on a large number of people who will smile and take abuse rather than find a good provider. Have much better luck at other franchise locations, recommend you avoid this one.

Dangerously delicious!! I was turned on to this bakery by a friend and these cakes are the bee's knee's! Very moist cakes with, I believe, cream cheese frosting. Strawberries and Creamseasonal White Choclate Raspberry Two thumbs way wayy up! Great place to get a treat for a birthday or any celebration. Or just because, get some today!

If you're looking for a nice place to eat dessert with a friend or loved one, this is NOT the place. This company is so stingy, that can't even afford to give you a fork to enjoy your cake. I can only imagine that if they're so stingy with basic things such as forks or an extra plate - what ingredients are they putting into the cakes themselves? They probably order their ingredients from China for pennies. Honestly, that’s the disgusting vibe I'm getting from the management. Yuck!

My new absolutely favorite place. They have a offer buy there insulated caring bag that holds 4 for 1.00 dollar and bring it back and buy 3 and the 4th is free. I also have a punch card not sure if both can be used at same time. We shared and cut them in 1/2 and tried a few.
