Had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. After being given the run around for about 3 days from other dentists and a 6 hour wait at the ER I was so relieved to be seen! I had my tooth extracted same appointment. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. The dentist who helped me was very kind. She followed up with me the next day. I would recomend their services to anyone in need. My only regret is that their office wasn't the first call I made ! Thank you for the help.
I recently got all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was very nervous and anxious about it. However, everyone here made the experience easy and quick. From the nurses, to front desk to the doctor, everyone was super nice and awesome. I made a quick recovery as well. I highly recommend you go here if you need any oral surgery. They were top notch.
Super friendly staff. The office was clean and comfortable. After my surgery Dr. Respondek called to make sure I was doing good. It's beautiful people like this who care about the patients that make them one of the best.
I had a excellent experience at Akeso . The technicians were professional and cordial, which created a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. During the extractions the dentist used enough anesthesia , so that the pain I experienced was brief and I was comfortable. After the procedure the technicians made sure I was properly informed about after care and that I was genuinely okay before I left. I would highly recommend Akeso for dental surgery.
My review... Daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed . The office staff was great, but pretty much everything else was horrible. 6k for wisdom teeth removal? Insurance paid 3k. I will be looking into this further. I was told to wait in my car it would be "about an hour maybe less". At an hour 20 mins I went back to check in. The door was locked "out to lunch". Ummm ok. I spotted a girl from the office walking across the back lot and I followed her back in to inquire. I was told perhaps the dr was running behind Dr was in the room when I left it. I had to use the restroom anyway, and OMG!! It was filthy!!! At this point I start to realize we had made a terrible mistake! At the 2 hour mark, I asked an office girl to please go check on her. She came back and said, "They are unhooking her now". She told me to go back to my car, and the tech would be calling me to pick her up at "the side". Tech called about 5 mins later and told me to pick her up at "the side". I drove to "the side," but there was no entrance. They didn't bother telling me they meant they would walk her out the front door and up the side street. what? Upon seeing them walking up the street, I jumped out. My daughters eyes were very swollen, and she was crying she is late 20s. I asked why her eyes were so swollen and was told from crying. "she cried the entire time and was flailing her arms". uhhh she paid for anesthesia to be asleep. She told me they called her medicine into the pharmacy, and that would help the pain. No ice pack, nothing for pain, walking up the street, poor communication, and even worse patient care ... My daughter was completely coherent, remembered everything, and is now completely traumatized!! She said after I had left, there was a man screaming from another room...she wished she would have taken that as a sign. Do NOT go here!!! She had issues after, and we called 20 times. They did not return ANY of my calls. She had to go see another dentist and get antibiotics from them. Horrible experience!!
Unfortunately I Have Always Hated Dentist and Anything Medical To Be Honest Would Always Push It Off Still Do … But The Pain Of Wisdom Tooth Pain Is Something Unfortunately You Can’t Do, I Tried Everything Home Remedies To Prescription Nothing Helped. I Was Referred By My Dentist To Many Clinics And This Office In Nottingham Could Get Me In The Fastest Which Was A Blessing. I Had A Consultation Which Was Quick And Scheduled Me The Same Day 3 Weeks Out Which At That Point I Was In Horrible Pain But Grateful To Have An Appointment Soon. So With That As Of 4/4 My Wisdom Is Gone Pain Is Gone. Thank you For A Great Experience !
My daughter went in to have get all her wisdom teeth pulled. Everything was clearly explained to us and her procedure started on time and was done in a timely manner. The doctor was great and staff was great!
Just got my wisdom teeth removed here and it was an amazing choice. I was welcomed with open arms when I went in for my surgery. I was scared and anxious at first but the amazing staff there help calm me down. When I first walked and was waiting for my procedure, the lady at the front deck saw how nervous I was. So she connected with me in a personal level so that way I would feel less scared and nervous. Which I really appreciated. Also they have done a great job of removing all four of my wisdom teeth. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed immediately and they were able to do that here. At others places I had to wait up till 2 weeks to even get seen by a surgeon, but here I was able to see the surgeon as soon as I could. I was also able to get my surgery the same week when I saw here which was great. Overall I would recommend anybody who has to get any type of oral surgery to come here. Trust me you will not regret it.
I had a wonderful experience at Nottingham Oral Surgery Center today for my consultation. The facility was very clean the staff were very pleasant! The oral surgeon was compassionate and made me feel comfortable knowing she’d restore the smile I once had. Sharon at the front desk is, “THE BEST!” She was there helping me consistently along the way. She did everything she could to make sure I could even get an appointment to see the oral surgeon. I Appreciate her more than words along with the rest of the staff there. They made my day:-
We were very pleased with this office and it’s staff. My daughter’s wisdom teeth removal went very smoothly, and the front desk receptionist, nurses, and surgeon are all top notch, and very sweet. It is obvious they care about their patients. I would highly recommend this oral surgeon.
