Nourish coaches approach wellness and health in a non-judgmental, supportive and and encouraging way in their workshops, lectures and when they talk with me individually. They look at health holistically. It is about leading a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable and not restrictive. It's not about what I shouldn't eat, but instead, what to eat and how to enjoy healthy foods without feeling deprived. I have tried many approaches to health and weight control in my 76 years and I find it a refreshing way of approaching health as opposed to restriction, counting calories, or any other diet that is "one size fits all."
Deb Peterson was my coach when I was trying to lose weight many years ago. We talked in detail about my lifestyle and what would work for me. We talked on a weekly basis, and it was fun receiving care packages in the mail each week with different reading materials and strategies. I ended up losing about 15 pounds and feeling great. Thank you Deb!
Debbie has coached me more than once and she’s amazing! She is filled with knowledge and education and really cares about her clients. She was able to work with me remotely too which was a huge benefit. I also highly recommend the Nourish cookbook!
Nourish coaches help people with their diets and their whole look at life. They are fantastic!
