I would of given a 5 but there was not that much inventory. The owner is in the process of moving to a new location on 3229 Houston Ave. The person there was very helpful. Can't wait to visit the new location to hopefully find other colors I'm looking for.

Cathy is the sweetest and kindest person I've done business with. Always professional, willing to take her time to show/help and gets all of our projects done quickly. She is Honest, Reliable and the best stringer in town.

I have just spent a really enjoyable day taking two classes at Nova Beads. Kathy, the owner, was great - very welcoming and keen to put you at ease. I loved learning pearl knotting with her and then having fun making polymer clay Christmas decorations with one of her team. Highly recommended!!

The lady behind the counter, which I'm sure was the owner, was very nice! I was trying to put together a clip-on feather earring and had no idea what I was doing. I told her about the project and she did it for me in 5 minutes! She saved the day!

Owner greets you by name as you walk in. She remembers what your favorite colors are and the types of stones your like to work with. She will special order for you if not in stock. Seed bead selection small but good quality. Very knowledgeable and just a fun, friendly place to go to.

The owner is super helpful and knowledgeable about beads and creating beautiful jewelry. She carries a good variety of beads, and if what you want isn't in stock, then she will order it.

The owner is very knowledgeable and what a cool place for a birthday party! They offer quality beads and what they didn't have, the owner was actually kind enough to direct me to another location to find it! Talk about customer service! Its a little cramped but it is in a fun location.

Great place. Was a Spring break event for my grandkids and they had a blast. Would recommend them anytime. Girls want to go back and make more and more items.
