If you want the receptionist taking liberties with your schedule, medications, appointments, and punishing you for missing your appointment accidentally, definitely come here. You’ll be prescribed serious medications, which will then be managed be the receptionist.

This place now goes by the name of Prime Behavioral Health. Also all the negative reviews and the ones saying this is a pill mill are accurate.

The receptionist at the Quincy office never answers phone,gives incorrect messages to Dr.’s& is Rude&demeaning to clients!! You’re lucky if you get Kristen or Jackie at least they are descent to you & you have a chance getting your message through to someone!!

Can't leave a review about the providers because I can't even make an appointment. One receptionist is new and has no idea what she is doing, one will hang up if you try to ask any questions and the woman in charge of intake doesn't know how to pick up the phone. Stay away from this place.
