I have tried multiple times to get a hold of novad regarding my Reverse mortgage. Every number the give you is the HUD number. On hold for an hour and half to get case number. No calls back. Have only much time to sell my dad's property. If I could give them a - 0 I would. Worst customer service in afamilies time of grieving

I am giving this company 2 stars, because I like Mr. Kelly, as he responded to my email. He seems like a great guy, but this company is extremely slow in responding to work emails and queries about payoff information for loan payoff. I tried 3 times to contact by phone, Sept 26th 1 hour 54 min. 38 secs. never answered. Sept 23rd 27 min, 29 sec, never answered. Sept 23rd, 4 mins 59 sec short time, but no answer. Novad message said my wait time was zero each time. Help

This company is the worst company I ever dealt with. No call back if a call was dropped or if my call was labeled as urgent no response from anyone. Trying to deal with this company is like talking to a brick wall.. can’t get past the call center to talk to anyone . What a dysfunctional company.

No one answers the phone.
