The whole team was efficient and professional without making me feel like just a number. Niki at the front intake desk was genuinely kind and friendly. Best front door experience I’ve had in such a long time. Not dismissive like most. Stephanie helped me check out and matched the level of friendliness at my exit. Impressive place.
Treated my rotator cuff injury IN OFFICE quickly and efficiently! Explained my home care AND sent home easy to follow instructions. This was my first injury of this kind, and hopefully my last! As first visits go for medical care, this team had everything you would desire for treatment. Thank you so much! I will update after my follow-up visit in 4 weeks.
This is the worst Dr visit I have ever had. I tore my ham string and it was the most painful experience I have ever had. Dr Fennel came in and spent a whole three minute with me, prescribed muscle relaxers that did nothing for the pain I called twice and never got a response or follow up. No MRI No X-ray nothing. I went to Ortho Carolina where I treated with respect, compassion and professionalism. I had an MRI and other tests and my surgery is scheduled for December 14. Don’t waste your time with guys because sadly enough they just don’t care. I’m a retired Hospice nurse.
I am very appreciative of how quickly I was scheduled for an initial visit. I received an MRI appointment and immediately was scheduled for surgery after meeting with Dr. Frantz which is a PA that works with Dr. Barron. The scheduler Trina is very knowledgeable of the process, and the team effort made me feel at ease, being in a new health care system. This office and its staff R.O.C.K.S. Excited to get back to my activities of daily living without pain.
My first visit to this facility was very pleasurable. The entire staff welcomed me with respect and kindness. Thank you for your help with my hip discomfort. I also liked the comfortable parking at this facility.
Dr. Baron is an excellent doctor. He takes his time and listens to me. He answers my questions until he knows that I understand. I am blessed to have him as my doctor.
I have never before in my 60 some plus years had such a timely and efficient medical experience. The staff prepared me for each step of the process. I was in and out of the exam room with X-ray results and a verifiable diagnosis and a shot in my knee for relief within an hour. Completely blown away with the efficiency but still with extreme confidence in the quality.
Worst experience of my life. I’ve been seen twice. My wrist are in constant pain. Both times I felt rushed. They don’t care about much pain you’re in. Every time I’ve been there I left upset because I have no resolution. One of the nurses insinuated that I was looking for opioids. I’ve been tested for adhd twice and was diagnosed with inattentive adhd. I am prescribed stimulants already for my adhd. Trust me the last thing I care about is an opioid. I wouldn’t even want to be prescribed a strong pain pill at the same time with my adhd meds anyway! But I didn’t tell them that because it’s not their concern. Just fix my painful wrist. Maybe take it a little seriously. Dr.Valentine and his staff are awful and I will be seeking care elsewhere. I just decided to sleep in my wrist brace something they didn’t even suggest. And I’ll find a caring office. I literally don’t want to be seen here anymore
I can in to be seen for new symptoms following durquvains release surgery. My complaint was; trigger finger and radiating pain in an above the surgical site. Wouldn't you know it my finger didn't display trigger guess it knew they might give me a shot..lol However, Dr Vollmer was very attentive and reassuring. He explained that the x-rays showed arthritis has progressed since last films. Thank you.
Dr. Fraser was very short and rude. He didn’t listen or show any concern in what I was telling him. He did absolutely nothing to help with my pain or prescribe any medication. My appt was a waste of time and gas. I will not be going back to a doctor that doesn’t care about my health and wellbeing.
