I went to NPD to pick up my Clearlidz. I met the BEST folks there.. they took care of me promptly and they also helped me install my Clearlidz. I met Danny, Q and the one and only Murdicon! The staff was friendly and outgoing. It was worth the trip from NYC!

I have to give a 5 star to NPD LOGISTICS!!! I can't remember how we found them but I am sure glad we did. I have been in the industry for about 10 years now and NPD Logistics has been one of the most dependable, reliable, ON TIME carrier I have dealt with. they are easy to communicate with quick responses. they are trustworthy and only agree if they know they can do!! it has been a great pleasure working and building a great PARTNERSHIP with NPD Logistics. Since starting at my new position in a law firm 1 year ago I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve worked with a courier service that their work has been outstanding!!!! We’ve had several deliveries of files that needed to be transferred from NY to DC instead of using FedEx we decided to use NPD boy were we glad we did choose them the delivery was done with white glove service and delivered ahead of the time we were expecting. The staff is very professional, courteous and accommodating when it come to our last minute requests once again many thanks to the team at NPD!!!!

After bouncing around from one messenger service to another, I finally found a company that meets my companies needs and standards!! Nick and his team are always very professional, attentive and reliable. I have been using NPD for several years now and I don't have a single complaint! We use their service daily. Packages are handled with care and delivered on time. If anything should go wrong which rarely ever happens all I need to do is place one call to Nick and whatever the issue is, it gets resolved. I highly recommend NPD!

I got to witness NPD's operation up close and personally for a day in late February. I met half a dozen employees on the street, in the corporate office, and in the warehouse. Everyone I met loves their jobs and appreciates that NPD is definitely a cut above the competition in how they treat their employees. The overall vibe of NPD is fairness and excellence in service, you can tell there's a lot of heart in this operation. It shows. I also got to meet two NPD customers, who clearly loved the service they've gotten from NPD and continue to receive. Finally, if you're considering messenger/courier services but you're worried the service might make you look bad, don't worry about that with NPD. These guys show up looking professional, and take their jobs very seriously. I highly recommend them!

My company was previously working with a messenger company that was TERRIBLE. NPD definitely is an amazing step up from what we were using. We were so shocked at the difference. They're professional, have all the right equipment and vehicles. They picked up and delivered any orders we put in with speed and ease. NPD Logistics is great. After having countless issues with our previous messenger service we reached out to a few other firms and it seems they all use NPD for their on demand mail and messenger courier services. What a difference! I have not seen deliveries done as fast and as friendly like this in YEARS. Totally blown away with the operation they run, if your looking for the best these are guys....

I work with a logistics company and hired NPD for a large job over the summer of 2019. They did a stellar job and I can't recommend them enough. I worked very closely with Nick, who not only worked hard to make sure that my project was a success, but somehow maintained a sense of humor through all of it as well. Despite some drastic obstacles that were thrown their way, they definitely got the job done, and I'll be reaching out to them again in the future for any projects that I have within their service areas.
