I went today for 7 AM Vinyasa and it was a great way to start the morning the instructor was very friendly and went above and beyond what I was expectingParking is easy there are signs to let you know where the studio is the studio is very clean and full of fantastic art. I would definitely recommend coming here

I was on a short visit to Phoenix and was able to fit in a class at Nrysh Yoga. I truly enjoyed my time at the studio; Angela led a lovely practice and the studio was welcoming and cozy. It was the perfect class to round out my trip to Phoenix.

Angela was a great instructor! She really met me where I was and gave helpful adjustments. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and feel more motivated to continue a regular yoga practice!

Love Angela! Her classes are at the perfect pace and not super hot like in Bikram. Always feel refreshed and at peace afterwards.
