The staff is trustworthy and I feel safe taking my car here they do a wonderful job! I have sent family and friends to NTB and they received great service as well.

Love NTB! They always take care of us when we need service! Jason especially puts your mind at ease and really goes the extra mile to help find discounts to make it more affordable! Would highly recommend National Tire and Battery Indian River Road in VA Beach to anyone wanting honest folks at a fair price! You guys rock!!!

I got an oil change and my inspection done at once thanks to them. I will come back to this location every time. Everyone is so helpful! They made accommodations for me and it was done before 1 pm because I had to be at work. Great customer service and great people.

Tried to reschedule an oil change after already guaranteeing a discounted price of $55 dollars plus tax with the promo code their website offered and they still tried to only take $10 off from the price $78 dollars plus tax. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
