Number One Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

This company has the best comprehensive and experienced technicians I’ve had. They respond quickly and have technicians that you will want yearly to check your heating and air. Donavan and Terrel are favorite names I can remember but they all do excellent work with customers best interest in mind. The office manager, Michelle, is very knowledgeable and excellent on the phone. I have their yearly maintenance program and it has paid off very well.

Had a shower valve installed by number 1 plumbing, the technician had very poor communication did not let us know what was going on. He was walking in and out of my home and not communicating and telling us what was happening, if he was getting parts, or getting what was needed ready to be installed or if he was leaving or anything. when I asked questions because I am a service/mechanical plumber it seemed like he blew me off and gave me very short responses. For example when I asked him if he will be cutting into the wall behind to replace he said do not worry about it. Overall not satisfied with my time with number 1 plumbing

I had air conditioning checked 5/17 and was told they would email me the invoice. It is 6/15 and after 5 calls to office and 1 call to technician with 3 emails 2 to tec and 1 to office and empty promises I still do not have invoice. I need this invoice for my home warranty insurance company to prove I I am doing the maintenance. They do good work but if I can't show the invoices it will void my warranty. Do know what to do about this. Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks

The main worker that came to our property was always in a bad mood and seemed to be bothered by everything. I called the office to ask how to obtain an employment verification. The woman did not say her name and did not want to give it to me. Her tone of voice was as if I was bothering her. She advised me to email the request so I did. I called the office back and asked to speak to the manager to inquire if they received the request. The same dispatcher Who answered the phone previously refused to transfer me. If they treated people with more respect he would not see so many one star reviews.

I'm still pretty happy with this team. I've used them twice now. On time, friendly and professional is what describes these folks. The tech they sent out showed me all the different parts they were replacing and showed me just how it ended up broken. I had no questions afterward at all. Definitely would recommend them based on my 2 experiences so far. Great people, great company!

They showed up as requested their availability was great...but thats where great ends for me. The technician checks out the furnace and the bad news begins...the parts are going to be at least two grand and your furnace is so old dont know when they will be available...but we can be here tomorrow to install a brand new furnace with their generous discount and a five hundred dollar coupon it will be just $5600.00 which should have been a huge red flag. Anyway in the meantime a friend stopped by told him the situation he also took a look had the parts here in two hours and the furnace running in 3...for $460...So I can't with a clear conscious recommend this place to anyone.
