Food was pretty good. Macaroni was VERY good and cheesy! Yams very good! Greens very good! Rib tips and ribs pretty good! Pork chops tasted like some true homemade pork chops you fried at home, very good! Comparing to other BBQ places, serving size of tips could have been more for what you pay but overall great food and the guy who took our order was very nice and helpful.

Spent $55 on small end slab and 2 quarts of rib tips. The slab was not edible. First bite tasted just like lighter fluid and they were tough. Tried the other end hoping that would be better, it was not. I don’t know how the rib tips were because I could not get that lighter fluid taste out my mouth

Really good BBQ.. THE CATFISH IS TOOO DIE FOR!! Rib Tips are delicious!! If you get the Qt it will feed 3ppl easily!! THE MAC AND CHEESE IS STRAIGHT TRASH DON'T ORDER IT!! Yams were a hit.. blackeye peas are seasoned really good.. CALL YOUR ORDER IN PLEASE OR IT WILL BE A 30-40MIN WAIT!Food: 4/5

Let me tell you something, this is one of the best bbq restaurants I have ever had. Me and my husband or visiting from Ohio. And found this on Groupon. I had bbq rib tip dinner with Mac n cheese and greens. Sooooooo delicious! I should have bought 3 plates to take back to the O. Yuuummm! And great prices! Even if you use no Groupon. Friendly staff. Must try of in Detroit!

I order at least once a week . Everytime my food is hot and good . I always order the rib tips . I love the yams and greens and Mac as sides . I appreciate the pricing too . Great size portions !

I can’t wait to come back to Detroit and eat from my moms family business the food is always great my mom asked me to go to her cousins spot all the time to get her some ribs. And I couldn’t resist getting me some greens my mouth watering just thinking about them. Nunn’s bbq I will see y’all soon

For the last month 1/27/23 each time I order dinner via doordash my orders are incomplete...why? Always missing items, Cole slaw, wing dings instead of whole wings, catfish filets instead of a catfish sandwich, missing greens- WHYYY?

I got a 3-rib lunch special with greens + black eyed peas. The ribs were cooked PERFECTLY. Not fall-off-the-bone overcooked, and not trying to rip meat fibers off the bone undercooked. Their sauce is a little spicy, sweet with a little tang. There was plenty of it underneath the ribs to sop up with the bread. Greens are also perfectly cooked. Some places overcook them to where they are basically mush. Black-eyed peas were perfect, nice and savory and meaty. All of that food was only NINE DOLLARS. You can barely get a fast food meal for that much anymore.

Food was disgusting…macaroni wasn’t done all the way coleslaw was old and smelt old the ribs was the worst part hella nasty fat all on it …couldn’t barely cut the slab…I’m highly disappointed and won’t be returning

This food is awful. The rib tips are extremely spicy and hard as a rock. The greens are so spicy hot like they dropped hot peppers and a gallon of hot sauce in these greens. I paid way too much for this horrible food. Not recommended to any one especially if you have health issues. They need to close this place down for selling terrible food. Do not spend your money here.
