I have to say hats off to this place. I've had this suit for about 3 years and it's one of my favorite suits. I took it here and not only did I get it back the next day but it as good if not better than when I first bought it. The staff was super friendly. They have my business the next time I'm in Memphis

Recently got married and my wife needed to get the dress from our rehearsal cleaned. Took it here because it was close by our home and all the recent reviews were positive. Would highly recommend it, the new ownership is friendly and took time to make sure they knew exactly what we wanted. Two other customers came in while we were talking and they were both greeted by name. Great service and the dress turned out wonderful!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . PLEASE!!!! I am generous enough to give this place and their service one star which I doubt they deserve. I just had my pant stitched at this place and I got an unpleasant surprise. My pant bottom was found bleached and when I took it to the store they don’t even want to claim the responsibility instead blame their deeds on the customer this is what owner James Lee/Bruce Lee told me . A very poor customer service in part of owner. MY SINCERE RECOMMENDATION - try getting your dry clean / tailoring service somewhere else if possible. There are plenty of good ones out there . Good Luck !

This is a new review, as I gave the previous owners a ONE star. However, the new owners are extremely nice and welcoming folks. The store has been redone inside and out. The interior is no longer dingy, but is a nice and vibrant color. There is even coffee available from a keurig if you are into the kind of thing. James will go out of his way to make sure you are pleased with your service. I am thrilled to see someone back in Nunnery's that actually cares about keeping loyal customers. The best part is the quality of the dry cleaning is top notch. I will be a repeat customer.

Honestly I’ve been a of another cleaners for years and just recently moved to the Midtown area and was very hesitant about changing cleaners after reading the reviews. I decided to give them benefit of the doubt and I have to be purely honest here. Clothes were exceptionally clean and pressed correctly. The new management has honestly made me feel as part of the family definitely give them a try.

I'm done with this place. I've tried over and over to give them the benefit of the doubt. They advertise 10 pieces for 24.99 and then start calling a sweater a long blouse and say it's two pieces. I don't like, but accepted, that a dress is considered two pieces or long blouse is two pieces. The husband is extremely pleasant and tries to be customer oriented, but the wife continues to test my patience. I dropped off 20 shirts for laundry and press specifying that i sweat and the ring around the collar and sleeves needed to be treated and 15 of them looked like they just pressed them. When I pointed it out, she said there aren't any redo's. I took 8 pieces with 2 being dresses to account for 10 and she said a sweater is 2 based on her eye test. My father owned a dry cleaners for 10 years and I worked in it for 3, I know what it takes to run one and how customer expectations are to be met. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Initially, I was very hesitant to come here due to the past experiences of other customers, but once I heard about the new ownership, I decided to give it a shot, and I was VERY pleased. The new owners are very personable, and they have GREAT prices and FAST service. I've been to other cleaners in the surrounding area and in other cities, and I can honestly say that this cleaners is at the top of my list. I highly recommend!

They BURNT my wedding dress!!! We took it it to get cleaned after the wedding and the only thing wrong with it was one broken button and dirt around the hem line. They had it for 13 days and called us and told us there was a burn. It was in the middle of the skirt, melted fabric, no scortch stains. They clearly left something hot around it and it melted! They told me it was like that when we brought it in, which is a complete LIE!!! They even tried to give me an invoice! They were rude and didn't offer any compensation for ruining my dress. I will never go there again. If you value your clothes DO NOT go there.

*NEW OWNERS* I decided to give this place another go, and i was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the interior nicer, but the staff as well. I was greeted warmly by the new owner, and I was startled to get such service at a dry cleaners. PRICES were GREAT. RESULTS, even better. If you're in the area, NUNNERY'S is the place to come. BEST IN TOWN. Will go again!

The best place to get your professional clothing dry cleaned. My clothes came out looking better than ever and the service was quick, friendly, and highly professional. Would highly recommend to any of my colleagues. Rate 10/10 !!
