We’ve had documents that needed to be translated from German to English for the embassy last month and we were happy with the service received. We finally finished the paper work we’ve been working for the past few weeks. The contactless options these guys gave us was great and they were also very eager to get the documents back to me ASAP. These guys were, overall, very responsive & professional from start to finish.

I used Nuria Taverler's translation and apostille services for my Stepfather's death certificate and certificate of cremation. They charged a high fee for their services which I thought would be matched with quality, efficient services. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Their lack of communication was frustrating. Their phone # never provides an option to actually speak with a human. They were not proactive about communicating via email either. I had to be constantly checking in with them on the status of my order. I was told that my paper work would be processed in 10 business days--which is why I decided to pay their high fee for convenience and their proclaimed expertise in this area. I followed up two days before the papers were due to me and they said everything was on track. Then, at the last minute, I was told that my paperwork would be delayed an extra 9 business days. Why? It was never explained to me. I was counting on them meeting their deadline and had already made travel arrangement. Because of their lack of professionalism I had to postpone my travel arrangements and reschedule my Stepfather's funeral. Do yourself a favor, don't use this company!
