Everyone's weigh loss journey is unique, mine was a struggle and I was not loosing any weight and was trying different recommendations and suggestions but still no weight loss, I actually put in a few pounds. It was not until I met with Joey that I finally saw a change in weight, after following her program and putting in the work I lost 25 lbs in the first month and a half. I was preparing for the gastric sleeve, I lost a total of 30 lbs in 3 months and had my surgery on May 22nd. I can honestly say that without Joey's help I would probably still be struggling to reach the 30 lb loss. She is amazing and supportive, we are still doing follow up appointments to help me stay on track as I navigate through this new way of life. If you are ready to listen and put the work in you are going to want Joey on your team, she will give you the tools to reach your goal. I 100 percent recommend her services.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had left work to take my appointment mid-day and accidentally left my phone at work. By the time I realized it and turned around, I was late for my appointment. This woman refused to see me for the time remaining a d them turned around and billed me for the very time she refused to see me for. It gets worse than that on a personal level. Generally, humans have an instinct to help when a human being is in trouble and is asking for help. At least one would hope so in the medical industry- A bit of compassion. I explained my specific situation which involves quite a bit of physical & psychological suffering on my end. This was honestly the one and only office that had absolutely zero help to offer. Not only is there zero compassion, it comes with a bill. Complete shame because I did learn quite a bit in time spent with her. We had two appointments but only one was recorded somehow. I felt zero accommodation or compassion and could not believe it when I was billed for a no show when I was refused to be seen when tardy. If I’m paying for the time, I should be able to determine how it is used. I was available for the time I was billed for. Just horrible, really. If you are looking for a flat out service, no problem. If your feeling a bit vulnerable, unsure about things, struggling just a bit and need some compassion- To feel human and not like just a big fat number on that paycheck, this isn’t the place. Update: Joey personally contacted me mortified that this happened. Not only did she apologize, she returned the cancellation fee. I am still choosing to switch nutritionists to finish out the requirements for and after my surgery. However, I very much appreciate her calling and taking accountability for what was a horrible experience. Unfortunately bad experiences happen, we are all human. She couldn’t have handled it better and is going to retrain the person responsible. That is all I can ask for- To make sure that nobody else ever has to experience that. Thank you Joey.

If I could give 10 stars I would Joey taught me so much in 60 mins I’m so ready for this weight loss journey and to help with my diabetes if your looking for a good nutritionist she’s the one thanks for the knowledge and understanding.
