This dentist goes above and beyond! They truly care about their patients. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by the friendly staff, Sam & Crystal. They make you feel comfortable and like family. The interior is more modern and welcoming unlike normal dentist offices. They do not overtreat or propose unnecessary treatments. Walk ins are welcome, even on Saturdays. Thanks for a great experience!
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Nguyen! I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years and was nervous to come back and be judged for the state of my teeth. I felt no judgement or embarrassment at NW Dental, they just took care of my teeth and did a great job! The whole staff is friendly and professional, I look forward to coming back for annual cleanings.
Dr. Tam and Dr. Nguyen are excellent doctors! This will always be my dentist. They genuinely care about their patients and do everything they can to provide the absolute best care at a very fair price. I can't say enough good things. They're awesome.
Wow! So I was eating a chickren feet and I accidentally cracked ky front tooth. It was a Saturday my notmal dentist was off. I decided to go call NW and they were available for walk-in. Went in there, within 30 minutes, Dr. Tam looked at the tooth and fixed it. Dr. Vinh Nguyen was there assisting her since everyone left for the day. Thanks so much for saving my smiles. You guys were great. Will definitely be back!
Lovely practice with great staff, from the very helpful Receptionist to Dr Diana Ionescu and her team. Very professional, explaining the procedures thoroughly, costs involved and especially grateful for fitting me in on a cancellation appointment today to avoid the longer wait I would otherwise have had. I had a teeth cleaning with whitening service and everyone was so helpful and professional! I have gotten so many compliments on my smile lately. I’ll be back here regularly for my teeth cleaning!

Just left my appointment and I just want to give a big thank you to the entire staff there! The were so welcoming and nice. Dr. Tam extracted my wisdom tooth and it was virtually painless. I was sooo nervous but they took great care of me. I’m also pregnant so the assistant made sure to take extra precautions with me, it was all greatly appreciated. :
I give everyone here a 10! Nac, Julia, and Dr. Nguyen are super nice people! Dr. Nguyen is excellent at managing pain. I had 2 teeth extracted and had very little discomfort. I need further work done and will definitely be coming back to NW Dental. For those who don't like going to the dentist, I recommend these guys! A pleasant experience all the way around.
The staff is so friendly and courteous, and it was so nice to go right in at our appointment time. We have been patients at the other office of NWDental for years, and will be with this office for years to come. They are working hard with our Medicare supplemental insurance to cover as much as possible and keep our costs down. I would recommend them to friends for sure.
