DO NOT GO HERE! I went on a Tuesday for a GEL manicure. A lady named Maya I believe did my nails. Everything seemed fine, clean, and they had good costumer service hence the 2 stars until my friend and I were about to leave. We didn't even finish paying and the worker demanded a tip. This didn't bother me much, HOWEVER, 3 days in: MOST OF MY NAILS WERE CRACKED and CHIPPED by the 5th day! I went back exactly on week later, asked how long a gel manicure should last and she said about 3 weeks. I then showed her the condition of my nails and she agreed to redo them no charge. The same woman did my nails and was extremely rude to me. I asked if she can change the color and told them I truly don't care what color because I was afraid the nail polish they used was old. Maya rudely responded: "Then why didn't you come in 3 days ago when it happened". I'm sorry? All I asked respectfully is it they can change the color to avoid this from happening again. AGAIN, before I left, she demanded me to give her a tip and I refused to. I should not be tipping anyone if I had to come back and get my nails redone. Additionally, she did a TERRIBLE job. 3 days later, my nails are cracking and CHIPPED as seen in the photos attached. She didn't paint neatly so I had the gel layer on my fingers, and the gel is starting to peel off on my middle finger. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They lure you in with their "costumer service"and you'll leave with a terrible job done.

I went for 1 hour massage and it was nice and relaxing. But when I asked harder, she told me I need to pay more for stronger massage I wasn't asking super strong, she was a bit too soft bit anyway it was fine to relax! I didn't expect so much since it's more nail specializef place.

Very dissapointed with the whole service. I arrived at1023am, the door was still locked but the girl let me in, advertised as opening at 10am. The manicure and pedicure was definitely average, no great care taken. I paid the & $42 with extra, $8 tip and then I realasied I did not get my complimentary massage for 10 mins as advertised outside, but the girl tole me it would be extra. I declined but when I went outside I read the sign again and yes for the $42 package there is a comp massage, I went back inside and told the girl but by then she didn't understand or speak English. Could speak perfect English when asking me to pay . I will never go back. Unprofessional.Services: Pedicure

Lovely Nails and Spa is a clean and well maintained nail salon. Prices are reasonable and service is friendly. They allowed us to bring our own champagne to sip while we had our mani/pedi. I will return for future nail salon services.

I got a powder dip manicure and pictures are a day after the manicure. My cuticles are all scabbed up, the tops of nails uneven, and there is cracking through the nails. I paid $70 for this. Very unhappy.

I'm sorry, but I won't be back. I left more than $ 800 in 3 months to these ladies but they no longer deserve my return. I went to my birthday for a badly executed mani / pedi gel. so I decided to tell the manager and they gave me a business card with the problem for a free service. Back to redo the same service, they made me a bad hand gel, the lady cut my finger doing cuticles both in photo, and so I had to pay despite the free ticket. There are certainly better places in town!!!

I was told what I was paying for should have lasted a month. Nails started cracking after a few days. One nail came off entirely. Pictures are attached. My friends nail also the gel color started coming off after a few days. It cost $100 plus tip for both of us combined.

Walked in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment and they got me in a chair right away. Good service and very friendly ladies. I got dip powder manicure and my nail technician did a good job in a sense that it was a clean job and looked amazing when I walked out of there, but I believe the product used was just to old or possibly expired, as the color started cracking on entire nail bed and chipping off on the edges only 3 days later. Any time I had dip done before at other places it would last me at least 2 weeks. So this manicure was a waste of money in my opinion.

I went there last week to do manicures and upper lip and eyebrows wax. I've done there wax before and was happy with the results so I came back. This time my experience was very different. The technician was unprofessional and didn't know what she was doing or she just didn't care, I had to guide her few times because she left some her on my mustache and the eyebrows were still looking kinda messy. In addition, she burned my skin with the wax and I got skin burns on my mustache and eyebrowsattaching photo. The Manicure was ok but 2 hours later it looked like a total disaster and the nail polish just broke on every nail. I will not come back and will not recommend. They also raised their prices but the service doesn't worth it. I gave 3 stars only because my first experience there with a different technician was positive.
