NY NJ Air Conditioning Connection company are always professional and courteous. Their residential air conditioning division recently did a same day ac repair and charged a fair price. I wish I had known them when I had the air conditioning installation done. NY NJ has had to come and fix other contractors mistakes on a couple of occasions! They never perform any unnecessary work or sell me unnecessary parts, even when our problems turn out to be minor. Now we call them for all of our air conditioning maintenance and plumbing repair work. We've recommended them to others too - my colleague's husband just called them for a commercial air conditioning check at their office and they reported back on the same outstanding service.

I wanted to thank NY NJ Air Conditioning Connection for an outstanding furnace replacement job. Quite honestly, my husband and I were sick of paying for furnace repairs and tuneups. We had decided to look into new furnace sales instead. I called 3 other heating companies for estimates but NY NJ AC contractors were the fastest in getting back to us and proceeded to do a complete heating inspection and consultation. We discussed several ideas regarding moving the furnace and possibly scrapping it altogether and installing a boiler. NY NJ were very helpful in advising us in these decisions and we ended up with a solution that meets our needs. Scheduling went smoothly. The furnace installation team even found and corrected problems left by the installers of our previous furnace. They were considerate of our house and comfort and did fantastic work! We signed up for the preventative maintenance agreement which should help us avoid costly heating repairs like we had before. Totally professional all around and we couldn't recommend them more highly!

We recently moved to Manhattan from out of state. When we purchased our new home, the house inspector recommended that we have our AC checked more thoroughly. We carried out some online research and contacted a few air conditioning companies to schedule an appointment for a residential air conditioning check up. One of the HVAC companies on our list was also recommended by one of our new neighbors as they use them for their home and commercial air conditioning at their office. It turns out NY NJ Air Conditioning company were the only ones that would come out the next day. The air conditioning contractors did an outstanding job on the air conditioning tune up and service. The techs explained the components of our AC system and explained why a couple of parts needed to be replaced in order for it to run more efficiently. The price quote was very competitive so we gave them the green light. They replaced the AC components, added additional Freon, installed a ptrap in our condensation pipe and even did an air conditioning filter cleaning on our permanent filter. We showed them some of the photos our home inspector took but NY NJ AC Connection said we didn't need to work on the remaining items at this time as they were in good condition. We appreciated his honesty and will call them back if we need any air conditioning repairs and also when it's time to call for a furnace tune up when the weather changes again. NY NJ Air Conditioning Connection are the best Manhattan HVAC contractors! We came back from out of town a couple of months ago to find that our furnace had died. It was already 50 degrees in the house and getting colder. We couldn't get a hold of our usual HVAC company so I Googled 'Residential Heating Contractor' and called a couple of the heating companies for an emergency furnace replacement as we were sure there was no hope for old Fran. NY NJ Air Conditioning company were willing to send a furnace technician out right away and honestly, they are the best heating company we have ever used in the Manhattan area and we have lived here for years. The heating service tech was clean, prompt and worked quickly. He diagnosed the problem and before we knew it, his furnace repair had Fran up and running again. The price was reasonable and we are so happy we didn't have the expense of buying a new heater and have the hassle of a furnace installation which means time of work to be there during it. I only wish I had heard about NY NJ AC Connection sooner. We have already recommended them to various friends and neighbors for everything from commercial heating repair to home air conditioning spring tune ups. 5 Gold stars!

Last Wednesday night, I placed an emergency air conditioning repair call to NY NJ Air Conditioning Connection because the a/c in my family's rental in Manhattan was leaking water. We were in another state and not able to get there to check it out. An air conditioning contractor arrived that night ready to work. He immediately did an air conditioning inspection and detected the problem. He cleaned the mud that was clogging the water pipes and got it working again. I felt relieved they were honest and did not deceive me into buying another air conditioning replacement as has happened to me in the past with other hvac contractors.
