I am very pleased with my Botox treatment. The scheduling and understanding of the amount of filer I required could have been improved. Personally, I prefer a more personalized one-on-one interaction and a less sales-oriented environment. I would strongly recommend this provider because the results were excellent.
As usual, incredible. I always leave the Rejuvenation Clinic feeling fantastic about myself. The nurse and the entire staff are extremely comforting and informative. Do not put off scheduling your appointment; you will not be sorry.
I strongly recommend them for your botox treatment care needs. The staff is extremely pleasant and approachable. The office is spotless and easy to find. I was treated, and I would highly recommend these guys. They are the best!
Definitely the best clinic. It felt very safe, and the facility was spotless. The staff was extremely accommodating to my wants and needs, and I left feeling rejuvenated and beautiful. I'm excited to return for another session. Thank you very much.
After several years of being a loyal client, I will never set foot in this place again. All they care about is taking your money. If you have an issue, good luck, as it will be deemed 100% your fault. The receptionist, who works at both Irving plaza and 60th street, is a surly, hostile, suspicious person who should never have been hired as a "welcoming" face to any company. I could write many more paragraphs about my last experience there; which included a dark purple bruise near my eye which took 3 weeks to heal plus I suspect you're not getting 100% Botox, saline perhaps? When the treatment doesn't seem to be working they will charge for any adjustment. NYCR has really gone downhill. With so many options in NYC why settle for less? Bye NYC Rejuvenation.Service: BOTOX treatments
Not a fan. Pls be careful with these ppl. Went the first time. Got charged for Botox but the person injected something that was probably water. Had to go back after 2 wks to show them zero effects, whereby they agreed that I did not receive Botox, said they would follow up with the tech who injected me and then charged me to do the whole thing again with a small discount of $50.00 off. I made sure I examined everything the 2nd time but I was so disgusted and disappointed, I never went back and nor do I recommend anyone does. Wish they would take me off their mailing list as I never plan to ever go back there again!!!
Use caution as the website prices are misleading and you can go to a skill, licensed salon and not come out with bruises as I did. Even more important you need to ask the person treating you what their skill level or credentials are as they use unlicensed staff to inject. Do your research and know who is treating you. It should be no less than an RN. ASK! It is correct the service is discourteous and they rush from room to room. I could sense how rushed the injections was during the short treatment. The wait is often mentioned as a complaint. My wait was 45 minutes and my appointment was just after they opened.
I fully recommend this place for botox! The nurse was fantastic. I appreciated that they were upfront about the cost and did not try to pressure me into purchasing items I did not want. I highly recommend it! I'll be right back.
While the actual price and results you will see from this place are average at best, the staff is very rude and unprofessional — I do not recommend and will not be returning. The receptionist, specifically, has a bad attitude and is extremely hard to deal with I’ve been in there at the 60th St. location on more than one occasion and can say the same for each visit. I am not kidding when I tell you that the receptionist rolled her eyes at me when I walked in and made a snarky comment before shutting the door after leading me to the injection room. The injector was just as rude. I truly think they just don’t care here. I’ve been in there a few other times as well and can say that the overall tone is pretty hostile. There are plenty of other good spots in the city that will be just as good or better with results/price, but better manners and customer service.
Terrible customer service is the norm, not an exception. Definitely time to switch providers after 7 years of being a loyal customer, but who’s counting. Yesterday we had a misunderstanding caused by receptionist at Irving Place, the owner apologized explaining she is new which explains her confusion but not her attitude and offered to reschedule for the following day. I showed up for the rescheduled appointment on a tight schedule and was told by the same receptionist that my wait will be one hour. I asked if this is certain I cannot be seen on my appointment time and was told “I already gave you an answer”. This was paired with the apparent lack of basic manners, no “hello”, no “have a seat”, just pointing at the forms in silence meaning “go ahead and fill them out”. Pointed at the pens, in silence, when asked a question. Outstanding experience, you’ll have to comb through NYC to find this level of customer service.
