Pre Covid I was very impressed with the service. Post Covid I have been trying for three days to talk to someone, always end up on the call back line when I called at 0800 and never got a call back

The few times that I came here service always been good and quick.

Offices are closed to the public because of covid. No way to communicate by email. Customer representatives do not answer the phone even after more than a 1 hour hold. I can't believe that this is a pension fund with a balance sheet in the billions.

The place is a city employees retirement office. I work with the city and the office members which I had communicated with inside have knowledge of what they are doing. Therefore, they deserve a five stars for working with the City employees to ensure they receive proper informations for their retirement.

It never seems like anyone's at work and if you do get ahold of someone they are more than likely unhelpful and very unpolite.....

Was told 9 months wait on a determination and 13 months later still waiting on a final retirement option determination. Call 3 -4 times a week and I'm placed on hold then voice mail. Never heard of anything like this. Ridiculous.
