When those at the State Office of Mental Health who first responsiblity is to care for those troubled ignore and turn their backs Anna Stanislous, you it's no wonder that things as bad as they have. Nothing has changed. We may as well be back during the time of the infamous Bedlam the notorious insane asylum.
Obviously office of mental health on 5th Avenue are negligent when it comes to checking the Odyssey houses to see if things are being run properly in these places. There's a lot of negligence in these places. So many things happened to me at Odyssey House Harbor and at Odyssey House Park Avenue it just makes me want to warn a lot of people they are not who they say they are. They are some good staff but the bad outweighs the good. They seem to like to hire tyrants.
Representatives speak like robots when you call saying the same programed line they were trained to say, they are very uninformed about anything in regards to Mental Health, YOU WILL NEED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR; their part of the overall problem that we face everyday with our mentally disabled folk, this program is a Bust and needs to be overhauled.
