My, oh my! What can I say?! These guys are the BEST in the business. I’ve taken my cars here for about 13-14 years. They have never been anything less than astounding. Honest, fast, trustworthy. They stand behind their work. I now live out in Eastpointe and drive all the way over to Ferndale just to bring my cars here. I tried a couple other places after I moved. Nope! It’s O’Briens for me. One of the best experiences I've ever had with car repairs. The front desk staff were friendly and got me in quickly for a diagnosis. They were able to source a part the next day. Frank, the owner, did the repair in two days and at a lower cost than I expected. This is an old fashioned, family owned, and operated business with the type of service that is extremely personal and hard to find. O'brien's is the prime example of 5 star service!

The people there were friendly, very knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable. After 4 different auto shops and outrageous estimates including a new transmission for a strange grinding sound they found one of the shops had improperly put an exhaust pipe too close to the frame and it was grinding. No other shop even took the time to lift the truck and physically look at anything. Will definitely be back.

O'Briens gave me 2 price options. I was very happy with my fuel pump repair.
