QUICK LOOK Atmosphere: **** | Service: **** | Taste: **** REVIEW What you'd expect from an O' Charles for the most part. Server was very pleasant and well informed on the menu items but could have been back to check on us a little more often. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger which was cooked perfectly; medium well and juicy. The appearance of the plate was neat and appealing. Got the strawberry lemonade pie to go. Opened it before we left and it was runny, real runny. Looked nothing like the picture. (Hence the low overall score for Presentation) I asked to have it corrected and got another piece that looked just slightly better. Probably should have told me they had ran out instead.

We have been there several times, I usually like some of the food is very good, but the kids meals are gross! The chicken has no taste and chews like rubber. Free or not the kids should enjoy their food too! I sometimes order a shrimp dish I need a little more sauce. It used to be a free half cup. Last time it was smaller butter size portion and charged me $1.79! Since we used to be considered "regulars " I was insulted. We go back every now and then because of the coupon, if I don't bring my child because you can't use the coupon if you order a Kids meal. They still ask us why we it has been a long time since we have been back. NOW THEY KNOW. However Greg is still the best server there!

Our server was wonderful, tended to us as much as we needed, extremely promptly. The food was outstanding, mouth-watering, the steak is satisfying and is as affordable as your average steakhouse. Highly recommended.

In a party of 9 dining at 6:30 3 people ordered the prime rib. Five minutes after ordering they were told that the prime rib was bad and had to be thrown out. 2 people ordered the salmon bowl. It was about half the size of what it used to be. A salmon salad was served with cold onion tanglerson it. The turkey club is now on some hard to chew chabitta bread and was served with luke warm fries. We used to eat here once or twice a month. No more.
