The food was amazing great prices great service great atmosphere. And Nicole the waitress was the best

It pains me to say this because I love this restaurant but this is the second time I've received bad food from here. Shame on you O Charley's for allowing your employees to serve this mess.

We really had to wait for even our appetizers for over 45 minutes.  The server was very nice but the food was not great. I have been to O'Charleys when the food was better. I am hoping this was an off day. We just had a super long wait for our food after we where seated, but the rolls where really good.
