The two times I've been to O'Reilly's, the staff was knowledgeable and very willing to help. I'll go there for all my automotive needs. Plus, I love their jingle. O-O-O-O'Reilly's ---- Auto.Parts. Two thumbs up, guys. Thanks!

A big SHOUT OUT for O'Reilly Auto Parts, 2222 Clay Street, Vicksburg, Ms. On Saturday 6/11/2016 we were stranded with a sadly broken 2007 Chevy Cobalt with myself (79), my granddaughter(28) and my great granddaughter (9) when I was told to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts and they could put it on computer and see what was going on. We tried everything trying to get it working (computer read Engine Reduced Power) nothing worked and Mr. Glenn, (don't know last name) was so helpful and tried all he could do. He even gave us a shady spot to work trying to find a solution on their property. He told us to take it down the street about a block to Firestone and mechanic is always there. I have never stopped in Vicksburg, Mississippi, always just drove through. But, believe me, O'Reilly Auto Parts will help you anyway they can to get you on the road again. Bubba at Firestone found the problem immediately (but not on board computer diagnostics). He checked the fuses and found NO PCM FUSE. Once he plugged it in, it worked fine. Thanks to O'Reilly employee (Glenn). He should be greatly appreciated by your company.
