I've shopped at this location for years, literally since it was built in the 90's. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly blond lady sorry I don't remeber her name that saw I had a cable in my hand and asked if I needed a replacement for it? I said yes hoping they had it since it looked like a dealer only item. She said no problem and grabbed an exact match straight off the shelf, she even made sure that it was the exact length as mine! I was so impressed by her knowledge and quick willingness to assist that I was blown away. If this lady is not a manger she should be! If she is manger she should be a corporate trainer! These days it's almost impossible to find that type of service and knowledge ANYWHERE. Great job, I will always look this lady whenever I busy this location and I apologize for not remembering her name but she is amazing!

Dougless refused to look for a part they had in store i asked kindly if he could look in the back because i did not spot it up front and he got offended and told me NO there is no overstock he said its on the shelf or stolen just stared me down until i asked politely if he could order it from another store lol im doing all the work! worst customer service ever recieved!

Donovan and Wayne pretty sure thats his name are excellent. Super helpful and have a great attitude. Give both of them a raise or a promotion. Good guys.
