I got a new battery while I waited. The young man had to install in rain outside. He was so courteous and helpful! Beautiful store. Kept very nice!
I came in here to have my service engine light check. I needed additional and an employee named Bailey assisted me with getting the right products for my car He was very knowledgeable and professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. I want to say thank you for his great assistant and help and want you to know what a excellent employee Bailey is. Thank you so much for your help and I will continue to shop at O'Reilly's.I was at the store on 4500 Nw. 39th expressway.
in reference to these old postl this is now a brand new store two weeks ago
Was told my parts were ordered Monday afternoon. Was shown the screen. Was signed up for the reward program. When I stopped in Wednesday to pick up the parts I was told they were never ordered and that I should probly go pick them up from another store. I will never be back to another of your locations
Well it had a great selection of products. The clerk however was having a bad day. I felt kind of sorry for him. Coming out of the back room with bad hair and putting his mask on. Then the cash register didn't work, then the second cash register wouldn't print out a receipt. But, he was great at installing my new wiper blades which I love! Thank you once again O'Reilly Auto Parts!

Horrible customer service. Went Wednesday to get $200 of parts. Clerk said they had at another store. We got an order slip. They'd be in Friday.. went again, were told they didn't send them and they won't ship them. Seriously, Guess you don't want our business!
The customer service rep swore it was the right transmission fluid and sent me out the door. Got all the fluid out the transmission went to refill the fluid but I got a gut feeling and googled my vehicle. Wrong fluid. Completely wrong. Had to uber to the store to get the right fluid. Big inconvenience considering I was suppose to been on the road 2 hours ago. Ill stick to autozone. Atleast they check the computer.
The last thing i expected today was to dead battery. Sadly these things happen. I was able to get a jump and ended up at O'Reilly Auto Parts. They were very helpful, and courteous. In about 10 minutes i had a new battery installed and i was back on the road. I felt so much better.
I was there for over 40 minutes trying to find something and no one ever came over to see if I needed any help. I ended up walking out not buying anything because I didn't feel like I mattered. When you have worked in customer service for so very long and don't get good customer service back is like nails on a chalkboard!!!!
