-5 Don't give me wrong I like music of all kinds But to walk into this O'reilly's On a mission to get the right fuel pump for my truck.... I've already done the project onceWith a fuel pump that was a perfect fit for my vehicle supposedly... Long story short The employee Not only wouldn't help me with the question I asked probably because the music was too loud He obviously doesn't know how long it takes to replace a fuel pump for how much work and truly is because he told me to go and try it in my truck and if it didn't work to bring it back and asked for the next customer.... Ended up returning in the pump didn't even know if it was the correct one or for the correct vehicle... I do not recommend this location to anyone although I do recommend O'reilly's and over most other auto parts stores
This place is the best! The manager Angel is outstanding! Thank you Clyde and Luis for your help getting me back on the road.
If I could give zero stars I would. Called about an air filter and got put on hold for 5 minutes. Called back and got hung up on. Then they wouldn’t answer my call. I recommend AutoZone!
I was a mechanic for 15 years for street sweeper trucks. I used nappa and O'Reilly auto. I rarely used auto zone because it seemed that they had a bunch of kids working there if they could not match your vehicle to the computer they couldn't help you. Obviously a street sweeper is a converted pickup truck with major fabrication changes made. O,'reillys was always up to the challenge to find me what ever I needed to fabricate parts. But since I retired from doing sweepers I work on people's cars and trucks on the side. It seams that since COVID they have become slot more expensive than auto zone I have found that auto zone has stept up there game and have trained there people to be able to get things right. I get the wrong parts from O'Reilly auto alot. Plus they to expensive. I have started to go to penny pincher auto parts in down town Phx. They are consistently 1/3 the price of any auto parts store. I just did a break job. Before COVID I would have paid about 500 for the parts. After COVID they wanted to charge me over 800 for the parts. I went to penny pincher and got name brand parts complete brake job front and rear for 430.00 ,savings of almost 400.00 this place is worth the drive .
One of the best places to buy auto parts. Nice people and fair pricing.
There is a reason I don't come to this location anymore. There is always limited staff behind the counter, and yet there's about 5 of them in the back. I came here to do a warranty for a friend's part. The parts person informed me it was best we go to their warehouse to do the exchange since they are the only ones that had it in town. Their warehouse is off the i10 and 75ave. We went to their warehouse, and they informed me they could not do the exchange since we were upgrading to the newer part and then had to drive to another store that wasn't too far their. Lucky the one near by the warehouse able to do the exchange and able to pick up at the warehouse. Spent the entire day driving back and forth.
Ok I guess. Seems like some of the staff don't want to be there but a couple were very helpful.
I came to look for control arms. The guy didn’t even know what I was talking about It seem like he didn’t know how to do his job
Geovani is very helpful! Thank you for helping me with my license plate holder!
Placed a order and no one there at the O'Reilly's had no idea where to readem my purchase and was put on hold for 30 minutes plus on too occasions and left me on the phone both times, maybe I am still on hold
