Initial contact was great. Was able to schedule initial discussion quickly. Met with team and discussed needs. We made our retainer payment and heard nothing for 4 months. I reached out months later and was told work had been started, no statements had been sent and they were a little busy with another case. They couldn't provide a reason for not receiving any other statements while work was being completed. I felt they wasted my time. Would not return.
