In September, my daughter spoke with an estimator at O'Sullivan to get a quote for our October move, that involved three stops before arriving at the new address. He was always accommodating and patient with each call that required an adjustment to our move. The office personnel were always pleasant and quickly assisted with all calls and e-mails. On moving day, three men dressed in uniform, arrived twenty minutes within the scheduled start time, introduced themselves and began to work. They were respectful and careful, while skillfully working quietly together. The job was well done, the move went smoothly! To O'Sullivan, those three men represented your company well; they were remarkable. Thanks to everyone involved for their excellent service. To prospective customers, we had an excellent experience. I used a Sullivan Moving and Storage to store some items until we move. My initial estimate for storage $5 a month with the minimum of certain items 25 boxes several dressers or credenza and a curio cabinet and chairs. I had these moved out on March 30th. I never received a bill for storage and it is now nearly the end of august. Every time I call they tell me that Christine O'Sullivan is busy and behind in getting bills out blah blah blah. When I finally did get a hold of Christine O'Sullivan she was rude she interrupted me she was defensive and she proceeded to tell me that my bill was actually $90 a month not 45. She interrupted me several times to tell me that that was in the print on the email they had sent for the estimate. Which I do not have. She told me that the drivers did not give me all the information and she would be sending it to me. I would never recommend this company ever again ever again and to anyone I would tell you to be careful because these people use the fact that they are short-staffed and covid and every other reason for her bad behavior. It is also come to me that she is the manager of this particular organization. We're in their advertisement they say they used highly skilled professionals I would call her absolutely a stressed out rude young woman who should not be working in public service thank you
