Nice place to live
I love Oak Park Apartments. I been in residence since 2016 and the maintenance and staff are amazing. They come to your apartment the next day to make repairs. The neighbors are kind and giving. The neighbors also make sure the building is secured. Oak Park comes with all new appliance and I love it.
The worst place to live, never fix anything...lie on people credit...the worst , BTW: NOVO just sold the apartment complex to a white company because of the harbor ,so that means all the black people with DC vouch will be Homeless...and the ones who is behind on there rent homeless too... Wake people, they are pushing you out slowly.
Update on living at Oak Park. I have been a resident since 2008. I have seen a great deal of improvement in office staff, grounds, and maintenance. I really enjoy the contest and summer activities. This is been a better living experience this last 3 years. Hats off to Shalonda and Necole.
Oak Park is a great place to live. Great People. Good Community. Great Property Management.
