The care is excellent! I love Dr. Gray and the office staff. Attentive, thorough, compassionate.

Have always had good experiences here. All of the vets that we have interacted with here have been kind and wonderful with us and our pets. The staff is absolutely wonderful and they take care of our dogs so well. We will continue coming here as long as we are in the general area. Highly recommended.

Oakdale is an outstanding veterinary hospital. Dr. Jason Gray has been our vet of choice since moving to the Jackson Metro. We have been through a lot with Oakdale having several aged dachshunds of our own and the occasional rescue. Dr. Gray has always been caring, honest and respectful. I don't think there is a better choice for your pet than Oakdale. All of the staff is top notch!

All three of my babies two cats and one dog are taken care of by the Oakdale staff. We primarily see Dr. Blackwell. She is very kind and knowledgeable, and always takes her time when examining my pets and explaining my options. I had one of my cats have to stay with them for several days after a severe allergic reaction and Dr. Blackwell would call me at least once, if not twice, a day to update me on his progress and on our options. The front staff is always very nice, friendly, and accommodating. I’ve called before with an emergency and said “I’m coming right now” and they had the doctor up to date on the situation when I arrived. I’m very appreciative of the care the doctors and staff show to both their clients and the humans that care for them.

Dr. Sullivan and his staff are wonderful people. They saved my Persian cat, Prissy after trying to give birth to her kittens that ended up all being still born. And now the staff is trying to help us save a Charolais bull. Everyone at Oakdale Animal Hospital is very polite and they care deeply for each and every pet that enters their hospital. I would recommend them to anybody.

We had to use Oakdale Animal to put down our family dog during an emergency with no appointment. The way they handled everything was unbelievable. Carding, compassionate staff that made a horrible day much more bearable. Thank you.

Just the kindest, most empathetic people here! Loved it!!! I was worried about feeling "judged" because we had fallen a little behind in some ways of caring for our dogs this past year & one ended up with an ear problem .....my husband & I are both essential workers & we all know how crazy the world's been, so work & home has been it, minus grocery trips, for the past year! But I didn't feel anything but understanding & concern from every employee we interacted with! My dog is VERY energetic, but not sure of new people & places, but they handled him SO well. Hopefully, HE will like them a little bit more at his follow up in 2 weeks!!

What can I say?? As usual with my very sensitive Touch&Go Drama Pom Gracie, I contact the staff & immediately get a response trying to get her in with her Fabulous Dr Gray! During the past 5yrs, I have seen 2 of the other Drs and they have been Wonderful in helping her. But there's a Special calmness when I can hand her over and say whatever you think Dr. Gray and know she's in the Best of Care! Highly Recommend Oakdale for our Furbabies!!!

Expensive but friendly staff.. I'm guessing prices went up just like everything else. Idk, Wouldn't recommend unless you are wealthy. Don't go in expecting a bargain. $$$$. Also check contents of prescriptions. One bottle Eardrops, $50, half empty when opened. Wasn’t sealed. Contacted vet, was told that’s they way it comes. Don’t think so. All medications come sealed. Customer beware!!!
