Oakhurst Grill

Delicious! Ordered again tonight just to see if last night was a fluke. Both nights the food has been just phenomenal. Both times I've gotten the Big John burger with bacon, and a cucumber tomato marinated salad, both of which are just fantastic. I could eat these cucumbers and tomatoes all day. And the burger is so good! I had it delivered and the bun wasn't soggy or anything. The first time I had hushpuppies and the second time I got chili cheese fries. Both are great, although the hush puppies are definitely my favorite. Will definitely be making this one of my favorite places to frequent.

First: this place is take out only. Don’t let that deter you though! I got the grilled chicken pita with rice and gravy. I walked in and it was ready in about 6 minutes. Food was great! I’m very pleased with the flavor and the quickness. Plus, it was so hot temperature that I had to wait for it to cool off to eat, which is just fine. Plenty of time to get back to the office/place and still have a great and fresh meal. Will return, very pleased.

Great food well cooked potatoes wedges boi best lunch place I came across and friendly staff can't get that at a McDonald will return for sure

Hands down the best "home style" food I have ever had in my life!!!! Collards are super tender and mashed potatoes are absolutely delicious!!! I had the meatloaf special and was not disappointed. Super friendly staff makes you feel right at home. This is a Charlotte staple and must try!!!!

I had the Grilled chicken cordon blue platter with mashed potato and mac-n-cheese. The food was fresh and hot when I picked it up. Great value for what we got and the place and kitchen looked clean, I could see into the kitchen from where I paid. Cute little place. Give it a chance...yelp reviews are also Great!!

First time ordering at this restaurant and first time using Postmates....let's just say 1, out of two isn't bad. Postmates driver did not deliver my full order, however, when I called the restaurant, they made it right and the food was good. I believe the lady name was Laura and she was awesome

This is one of my favorite places. I usually order through Postmates but was driving by and decided to stop in. This is take out only, no sitting area, which is fine. The food is good and the service is quick. No long waits. They have a varied menu so you can find something for everyone.

I've eaten here for years this is a family restaurant they have very great customer service their food is always delicious I ordered the the grilled chicken salad it comes with ham in it so if you don't eat pork you have to tell them no pork. Other than that I give them five stars they serve their food in a timely manner.

This establishment is run meticulously- we're fans of this superb homemade taste! Neatly packaged To-Go. Quick!! Best okra I’ve had in a long time!! One of my favorites! This place is amazing for your standard "bar" food burgers, fries, dogs, wraps, gyros, etc.. I've had a few items on the menu and it was all wonderful. Make sure to get your orders in early as it can get jammed at times.
